Resumen
La infiltración epidural es una técnica muy utilizada en las Unidades de Dolor Crónico para el tratamiento de la lumbociatalgia refractaria a tratamiento médico. Las hemorragias neuroaxiales secundarias a la técnica son infrecuentes, pero de gran trascendencia clínica debido a los daños irreversibles que puede provocar la ausencia de diagnóstico y tratamiento de forma precoz. Presentamos un caso de hematoma epidural y subdural conpresentación atípica tras una infiltración epidural interlaminar con anestésico local y corticoides. Asimismo, realizamos una revisión de la literatura y del manejo que se llevó a cabo, enfatizando la importancia de la valoración y reevaluación clínicas y el elevado índice de sospecha clínica que requiere esta patología.Referencias
